Dear Skyline Support,
My name is Nitha, and I attended one of your sessions during Session 3 in October 2023. Firstly, I wanted to express my gratitude for the insightful session and the valuable information shared. For my project, I've been utilizing the SMR method development and analysis with Skyline.
I'm reaching out to inquire about any webinars or PowerPoint slides on SRM/ MRM Method Development and Data Analysis with Skyline.

Best Regards,
-Nitha

These are the SRM tutorials that you should start with:
https://skyline.ms/wiki/home/software/Skyline/page.view?name=tutorial_method_edit
https://skyline.ms/wiki/home/software/Skyline/page.view?name=tutorial_method_refine

Let us know if you get stuck.
Which type of mass spectrometer do you have?

Are you planning on looking at peptides or small molecules?
The two tutorials above are for peptides. If you are doing small molecules then these would be the tutorial to look at:
https://skyline.ms/wiki/home/software/Skyline/page.view?name=tutorial_small_molecule
https://skyline.ms/wiki/home/software/Skyline/page.view?name=tutorial_small_method_ce

Thank you, Nick, for sharing the SRM tutorials. I appreciate your assistance in getting started with the process.
In response to your question, I am using the ThermoFisher Altis Quadropole Mass Spectrometer and ThermoFisher Orbitrap Eclipse Tribrid Mass Spectrometer as well and focusing my analysis on peptides of sarcomere proteins (Titin, myosins heavy chains proteins, and others).
